    It's been bitterly cold for a while now in the Minneapolis area. This has been a strong deterrent to a certain nefarious character from California and gives me the freedom to go about my daily routines without any unpleasant incidents. Spring will arrive in mid-April and soon I will start setting up my network of informants,  beefing up my security detail, and making sure the judges who are sympathetic to my situation will leave some openings on their calendars.
