There are weather changes, fires, floods, big earthquakes, and terrors like never before, Why?

Jesus tells us that these things must increase  right before he comes back in the very last days.

"There will be great earthquakes, famines, and pestilences, in various places, and fearful events, and great signs from heaven," Matt 24:7:

"An angel will fly midair and proclaiming the good news, the everlasting gospel, to every nation, tribe, language, and people, saying fear God, because his judgments has come. Worship him who made the earth, the sea, and the springs of water. Rev 14:7.

    The Book of Daniel

Michael's Deliverance and the End Times
3"Those who have insight will shine brightly like the brightness of the expanse of heaven, and those who lead the many to righteousness, like the stars forever and ever. 4"But as for you, Daniel, conceal these words and seal up the book until the end of time; many will go back and forth, and knowledge will increase."

    No, you misunderstand.

    Will God protect those atheists?

    - Second coming occurs. - God finds a group of atheists holed up in a bunker. Does he tell that that they have no reason to hide because he will protect them from any harm, or does he send them to hell?

Jesus has told us that when these things happen get ready. We need to blow the trumpet our entire lives.

No God does not protect atheists in this life, nor the next from what I understand. I don't think he hears their prayers, or answers them. I think it will be too late when Jesus comes to repent. What exactly will happen to these atheists? I don't know exactly, but I am certain that they will have to answer for every idle word they uttered, and every action. How? I don't know that. We call it hell but only God knows for sure. But I want to go to heaven where there will be no tears and only happiness forever, so I am not taking any chances.

    That's what I figured.

So, when you said "there is no reason to hide if we love God we are secure. He always protects us, always!" you were obviously talking about yourself, and not the atheists in Fifi's bunker, about whom you were responding.

They, granting the relevant assumptions, would have a reason to hide, because they are not safe from God. They have a legitimate reason to fear.

Yes but I believe I replied "If you love God you are protected" to Fifi an hour ago.

You can not hide from God.

Yes, I know you were responding to Fifi. I'm talking about Fifi's comment. She was talking about a bunker full of atheists.

You might believe God to be the perfect and most potent threat to atheists... a being who can hunt them down wherever they hide, and from whom they are never safe wherever they go.

...but surely you understand why they would try to hide? It may be ultimately futile to try to be safe from God, but presumably you understand why some people would want to be safe?

God also says that knowledge will increase in the very last days. For the last 7000 years we have not had cell phones, computers, cars, airplanes, right? Only in the last 100years, and the last  30 years cell phones and computers.

I understand that atheists want to hide from God But I am here to tell you that you can not hide from God, and God loves people and saves them if they repent and have faith. I am here because I care about you,not because I have delight in any punishment. I am afraid for you. That's why I am here to witness what God has done in my life and that he is real and he loves us. YouTube has many videos of people who have found peace and happiness when God changed their hearts. They have joy, peace, and love. That's what I wish for you. I care.

No, atheist don't want to hide from God. Atheist don't believe in God.

I'm talking about the hypothetical atheist in Fifi's bunker who witnesses the second coming. If that happened, they wouldn't be atheists anymore. They'd just be punished like atheists.

It doesn't matter of you delight in punishment. You said you didn't know what would come of God's calling atheists to account. If that's true, then for all you know, God gives them a kitten, a pat on the back, and a season pass to Six Flags.  What matters if whether you defend the punishment...whether you think it's just. If you think it's a just punishment, but you abhor it, then you're worse than someone who thinks it's unjust, but delightful. The latter person, at least, can subjugate their preferences to their moral character.

It's easy to love people who repent and have faith. Hitler can do that. We're talking about people who admit their wrongs, (but not to God), and who can't have faith. Those people, if they were the hypothetical atheists in Fifi's bunker who witness the second coming, might have reason to fear, and might want to protect themselves and their families.

You're no help to them when you validate their fears by telling that you fear for them...that you believe in a frightening God. Joy, peace, and love have already been thrown out the window. One can't have joy, peace, or love when they're afraid.

You needn't care for me. I made peace with hell ages ago, and I have no worries about my future, eternal or otherwise. I'm not talking about me. I'm talking about whether it would be appropriate to for non-believers living during a hypothetical second coming to fear the event, and desire safety for themselves.

You say I am no help because I confirm the fear.I must be honest about who God is. He is Holy, and just. He has to punish sin, and we all sin. Because otherwise he wouldn't be fair, would he. He didn't have to save any. He didn't have to die and take humanities sins on his shoulders. But he did. He loves you. He says "I go and prepare a place for you"

As to the first part of your comment, you're right. I should have clarified.

I meant to say that you're of no help alleviating their fear, or bringing them peace, happiness, joy, or love through God. You might convince a few lapsed theists into identifying with your conception of God, and living the rest of their lives (if not eternity) in sheer terror. If that's better for them than the alternative, then maybe you helped them.

But, your didn't help the people who might have believed in a God of love, by showing them instead, a God of fear...these are people whom you've led away from God.

In a way, though, I do admire a person who is willing to tell the truth as they see it at any cost.

As for fair...who cares about fair? If a neighbor murders your daughter, it would be fair to murder her daughter. But, it's not right. Agents are obliged to be better than fair. They're obliged to be principled, and merciful, and to forgive, full stop.

It's not even fair though, is it? Depending on your theory of atonement, God only punishes the sins of a certain kind of believer, or, he punished all sin through the body of Jesus, and only a certain kind of believer is gifted with the fruits of atonement as a result. In either case, the ultimate end of one person's sins is different from that of another person's. The view you're advancing doesn't offer fairness.

But, "tough cookies, them's the rules of the game" is one kind of theology. It's also a kind of theology which is utterly, existentially, incompatible with certain kinds of people. Some people feel that playing games with the life of an innocent man is evil.

So, you can't help those people. They wouldn't accept that the thing which you are offering is help in any event.

As for other people? Who knows?

Carazaa, it has to do with spiritual enlightenment. There was an apostasy after the death of the apostles as seen by non-biblical doctrines like the trinity, immortality of the sou, Christmas, Easter, Hell Fire, etc. The internet sure hasn't helped with righteousness from what I've seen.

(Daniel 12:3, 4) “And those having insight will shine as brightly as the expanse of heaven, and those bringing the many to righteousness like the stars, forever and ever. 4 “As for you, Daniel, keep the words secret, and seal up the book until the time of the end. Many will rove about, and the true knowledge will become abundant.”

Playing games? God isn't playing a game. He made the universe and can have compassion upon anyone he wants to have compassion for. He is the boss. He is more than loving. None of us deserve heaven. If you have an estate and you have 10 sons and daughters who don't follow your rules, but act unloving and selfish. One of them pleads for forgiveness for his wickedness. Can you not forgive him, pay all his fines and he inherits your estate.? People think God owes them something. He doesn't. "How shall you escape if you neglect such a great salvation" Jesus says who took your punishment.

ha, ha funny... Well these signs were told 2000 years ago byJesus, and now they are coming true. These aren't late predictions. These have been foretold for the last 2000 years but only now have they been fulfilled, so we have more knowledge now.

God is in control and has had knowledge withheld until the last days it says in the book of Daniel. Jesus told us to go into all the world and baptize in the name of The Father, The Son, And The Holy Spirit. When we are born again we have the Holy Spirit that guides us. There are many religions but only Christians acknowledge Jesus as deity, born by a virgin, not created, but God Almighty. Jehovah's Witnesses is a cult and they minimizes Jesus to only a man, so please be aware.
