  • Holy wow! I come back and see this much discussion took place over one little photo??! Seems like overkill, lol.

It won't be the photo itself, but the principles as JA was asking about if it should be allowed in the main area or not. It's not the same as the photo itself being that interesting. I'm not surprised, but surprised about the level of how "adult" make some of their replies. Hmm.

  • The more discussion, the more democratic and representative it is of the community view.

Even if it's only a storm in a teacup, I think it's a good thing.

And now we're discussing the discussions. O_o

But, yes, what the ladies here has said is accurate. It's about the concept, more than it is the photo, and I think it's pretty cool that so many people are engaged and voicing opinions on what they want to happen. It has been productive.

There's nothing lascivious in the image.

It's clear they are demonstrating the throes of passion, but i see no reason why that might be deemed offensive in any way.

By way of contrast. Why not post exactly the same image. Only of two men !

That way you can ask the same question without being seen as sexist or pro one demonstration of love/lust/etc over another ?

  • When you have something in your eye and a friend offers to find it, why not?

    That's a yes!

To me, it's appropriate for the main areas.

  • I'd say it's right on the cusp between the two.

I don't find it offensive in any way.
