Discussion»Questions»Death and Dying» Are you sure you've spelled my name correctly in your Last Will and Testament? I don't want any screw-ups, legal challenges or delays.
Snigger I know you are stickler for grammar and spelling, (goes back to make sure the word snigger is capitalised!) In view of this, I will ask you to draft the will and I will sign it.. Can't say fairer than that now can I?
You might want to ask what I will be leaving you before you do that though :P
Nah you can still be in it :) No we use snigger here.. snicker is the American version.. I can tell this too as when I type snicker, that is accepted as the site uses US spelling.. Snigger, sniggering, here :P
snigger
ˈsnɪɡə/
BRITISH
verb
1.
laugh in a half-suppressed, typically scornful way.
"the boys at school were sure to snigger at him behind his back"
Yes, my will specifically identifies you by your full legal name and states that you get exactly nothing. It also prohibits my heirs from sharing any part of my estate with you.
