Have you ever shoplifted

When we were kids, we came up with a game. . .
Who could shoplift the biggest thing. . . I know not very honorable.
This one kid came back with a big ol Remote Control Car!! We were amazed!!
Anyway. ..
One of the mothers got wise and interrogated her son who, probably considering his own safety above everybody else's, decided to fold .
I got walked to the store, had to return the stuff and got a severe "talk" to.

How bout you?

    In all honesty, no.  I've always had a  problem with being a goody two shoes, took a lot of heat for it.  But I didn't get a thrill from doing 'wrong' things...I got sick to my stomach and really hated myself.  Other kids taunts couldn't make me feel as bad as I made myself feel.

    I know I did p l e n t y of dumb stuff just because I wanted to impress somebody, or to try to make up for my own insecurities you know?
    I don't think there's anything wrong with being a goody two shoes at all.

    Did a few times when I was around 12 then I got caught. Manager called my dad to come and get me. He was not too pleased.
    I guess shoplifting had not been invented yet when he was a kid.

  • When I was a toddler, I apparently took a candy bar off a shelf from my stroller. My parents didn't notice until they were putting me in the car. I'll never forgive myself for that :P
