Would you ever spend $425 on a pair of jeans? How about this pair?

Available at Norstrums now for the low price of $425.....But if you really want a pair I can probably find you on for much less. Maybe a different brand. But just as good.

  • NO WAY! It looks like he just got done cleaning a septic tank! Is that some new fad? The crappy look?

  • Really?!?!?! LMAO

Then I can get rich by what I have in the back room. Ridiculous.

The most I ever paid for a pair of jeans was 178 Euro. I needed a pair when I was traveling and liked them. The Euro was =$1.63 US I believe.
I still got those bad boys and they don't have a stain, rip, or tear. Why??? Because I paid $290 US!!! Damn me to hell

Lol. No doubt. I have to have them things framed. Most I have paid was $50.
I was telling my husband, we threw away our retirement all those work jeans just wasted over the years.

  • Trust me...I knew I was paying more than normal, but nothing slaps you in the face harder than seeing your currency converted on your AMEX statement. lol

My big waste of clothing are all those fabulous suits I bought for work and have wrapped hanging in the closet. No need for them now unless some drops dead or gets married

  •    I got like 12 pairs of those in the basement corner.  Let them go for $150 a pair.  Come on people you can't beat it.

Sadly, we threw my husband's away. No early retirement for us.

  • I keep them until they fall apart.  Even when they look like that naturally they are good when changing oil or doing filthy jobs.

Most I ever paid was $75 for firehose canvas pants but that's because they last for years as sturdy hiking and work pants and are comfortable as hell.

  • There's no reviews, so either not selling, or people are too embarrassed to admit to buying them.

Yes....Who would admit to buying such things and for that price? Not me.

Ahh now's the moment you find out I am a real cheapskate -  I wouldn't pay more than £9 and even then I balk at paying that..  That's less then $12 - see how cheap I am?

I agree. I hate buying jeans. Usually can't find new ones for $12 here though...$15-$20 pretty easy.

"Heavily distressed medium-blue denim jeans in a comfortable straight-leg fit embody rugged, Americana workwear that's seen some hard-working action with a crackled, caked-on muddy coating that shows you're not afraid to get down and dirty."

    "Made in Portugal"

If this wasn't so sad, it would be hilarious.

And, to answer the question, no. I would not buy them. I can get mud and stuff on my own pants free. Right here in America, no less.

I have never paid as much as half of that for any article of clothing - that includes suits and shoes. Got close - you can't buy a decent suit under $200.

I don't think I ever paid more than $60 for jeans maybe not even that much but I can find good USA made jeans for under $35 and I can get them muddy all and dirty all by myself!

  • Heck no. I can buy a $25 pair of Faded Glory jeans, kneel in the mud, let them dry, and still get the same result. :)
