The emolument clause is to prevent the president having two masters. It's not about making a profit in business. It's about the president being beholden to another employer. It's about who he has a duty to serve.
To suggest that Trump is somehow beholden to the people who stay in his hotels is ludicrous.

Flynn wasn't accused of treason. So there is nothing for Trump to be complicit in. He was accused of speaking for the president while not holding diplomatic office. He was obviously just tricked into making a technically inaccurate statement. It's not treason.
To prove treason you have to show that Trump put the interests of a foreign power before the U.S.. You have nothing.
Trump's policies are not in Russian interests. He's pro coal which screws Russian gas exports. He's raised military spending. If he were a Russian puppet he wouldn't do these things. You have no argument.

How is Trump doing as the President of the USA, I am a UK Citizen and just wondering how he is doing with no previous political experience and is he now friends with North Korea as he has said some nice things about there awful leader.
Robert Reich, chancellor's professor of public policy at the University of California, Berkeley, says there are 4 to 5 grounds to impeach Trump. See this article:
I'm hoping if he is taking out of office it will because of an act of treason. That way he would go to a military prison. If he is just impeached then charged with a crime and sent to jail it would be more of a country club type of jail. Cheers!
