War is hell -the Donald is not a trouble maker Maybe Trump is considering trying to negotiate with Fat Kid an offer he cannot refuse: to make North Korea the 52nd state.
If it works that would fool everybody then the Donald would be well deserving of a Nobel Peace Prize

FDR got a third and fourth term due to a dearth of credible opposition. The US was not at war when Roosevelt defied tradition in 1940 and ran for the third time, outlasting Washington. The 26th Amendment didn't exist at the time.
They booted Nixon - Vietnam wasn't quite done with, Operation Frequent Wind was on Ford's watch.

No he wouldn't start a war, but his supporters might.
The right is taking western civilization back. We want to do it through the democratic process and if we lose in the democratic process we'll accept that. Though we're not going to tolerate cheating. I would view an impeachment of Trump as a coup d'etat. If the left does this, the right will respond with a coup of their own. It could escalate very quickly.
Unless the left want to settle things by a civil war, they should calm down and accept that they've lost an election.

Are you too young to remember 1973, and ignorant of history? Trump's obstruction of an investigation into espionage parallels Nixon's "Saturday Night Massacre" (and unlike Trump, Nixon didn't fire the AG - Richardson resigned). How did that work out for him? Those who forget the past are doomed to repeat it. I'm not a fan of Mike Pence, but he's stable, less narcissistic, more rational, more secure, far less needy and looking far more Presidential than his (current) boss - even if his daughter is a vampire. He WILL be President within twelve months, the only question is will Pence do a Ford and pardon Trump, or will his Royal Orangeness face punitive measures?
