The head honcho had decided what was best for all and pushed his opinions through in a very biased (to my way of thinking) manner. I was dead-set against his agenda. He got his wish, though.
Wow! That's a tough one. Thank you for sharing that, Welby. Unfortunately most businesses are a hierarchical tyranny and you need to ingest their silly defecations
Thanks, Judas Goat! you're welcome for my sharing.
Yeah, and if I wanted to keep that job (which I needed and enjoyed) I could do little but just sit there and shake my head as I watched him over months and months of his releasing incredibly one-sided propaganda (and I'm very careful and sparing in my use of the word "propaganda"). But before this head honcho got his ultimate wish, I did have it out with him. It was one of the best examples for me of my personal/professional life of my being very brave and, surprisingly, concise and efficient in my words with him and I cut to the chase, brutally (for me) honest, yet, professional. All in less than about seven minutes. I did not care a bit what he thought of me and I still don't. He's no longer there anyway. Thanks for listening to my sharing here. :)
Oh my! You must tell me more of your adventures and I shall share mine. I'm intrigued and fascinated with what made you become you. So latter when the sun has long retired for the day and the silence of darkness has settle, perhaps you can relay more of your youthful dalliances to me during our evening chat. I will just lie back listen to you while you enchant me.
