    I do agree... generally speaking inflexible thinking is not a good thing.. generally people who think that way hit a barrier that they cannot get around because they don't know how.. they tend not to have a repertoire of options at their disposal because their mindset is quite fixed. Such people tend not to be readily willing to learn new things or to be receptive to information that conflicts with what they believe.

    Rigid is fine as  long as there is nothing that change.
