Have you ever given or recieved a whipping?

YOu gotta show me how to do the moving pics.  Can you help me?

I save to pictures and then upload from pictures and nothing MOVES and they used to move automatically.

What do I need to do please????

Well first, Google Image gifs are about a 50-50 proposition. That is, half the time they don't work here. The mixer came from Google, but I had to try several times to get one that posted. So I use Google primarily for pics.  

You'll have more success with the site GIPHY. All of their gifs seem to work. Just copy the link of the one you want, then come back here and paste where it says "Insert Image."

Incidentally, you don't have to save anything to your computer. Just copy a link, then paste it using "Insert Image."

So Livvie...are you tied up during those whippings...and do you keep some handcuffs when doling out the whippings?....Rather be the spanker than the spankee....;-)

I either use rope, chains or cuffs on the person getting the whipping.  If I'm getting the whipping I usually use spiked handcuffs.  Those are my favorite.
