Depending upon your age. Time seems to run faster the older you get.

Something else.. also. Events happening give the illusion of elapsing time so the more continuous ongoing events happening -'specially when you are involved then the faster time seems to pass.

This is especially true when you have rigid deadlines by which you have to have projects completed and you run into problems! Then the time flies and you keep running faster just to not get any further behind! AARRGGHH! Retirement brings stress-free living with regard to deadlines. You don't do it today so what? There is always tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow! Thank you for your reply Kg and Happy Monday to thee! :)

The speed at which times goes by does seem to get faster as I grow older.  Aside from that, the time seems to fly by when I have things to keep me occupied.  At work, when I have nothing to do, the day just drags on - especially that last half hour.  :)

When I'm really ill days can seem long - if I don't sleep. Although it takes me longer to realise things that healthier people do like if someone hasn't been in contact.

Possibly if I'm enjoying myself time can go by quicker.

I've been there and it's not a fun place to be Pg. Times does seem to drag by ever so slowly if pain or discomfort is your constant companion. Hopefully such days will be few and far between for you. Thank you for your reply and Happy Wednesday! :)
