because now, most of the times, the police wins just because they are a force of people with guns.... since they have the guns, other people always listen to them so police always win figuratively....
What proof do you have that such a thing as God exists, with or without guns? And how do you know that God created people and not vice versa, where people wondered how they came to be and invented God and the creation myth to explain it?
That is a dishonest question because even if you saw proof, you would refuse to believe it. If you don't believe a concept then by definition it does not make sense. The fact is believing is seeing.
Science is anything that can be measured. Spirit is anything that can not be measured. Science is powered by logic and evidence. Spirit is powered by believing and wisdom. No connection. Stop trying to prove or disprove spiritual things with science.
People have every right to live without guns if they so choose, but they also have the right to own them if they like. Of course they don't have a right to use them to harm others except in cases of self defense. So there's no big issue, certainly none that can be resolved by making guns illegal for all people under all circumstances.
Americans need guns because the American government has guns. One of the first items in American history after the revolution was the whiskey tax, exactly the same as the tax that sparked the revolution. It was settled with guns, and all disagreements since then have been settled with guns, directly or indirectly.
All isms begin by denying the right to own property, the right to earn a living, and the right to control the government. The only purpose of a government is to prevent any other group from taking control. But the citizen has a civic duty to control his government, and that is why all governments everywhere eventually treat citizens as enemies of the state. And that is why citizens need guns.
You do realize that the government has drones, and JSF-35s, and tanks, and bazookas, and aircraft carriers, right? You're bringing guns to a drone fight, ffs. You can't fight the government that way unless you have the military on your side. Then the citizenry still doesn't need guns, the Army has plenty - and doesn't want a bunch of untrained civilians running around armed to the teeth with blood in their eye, that's how innocent bystanders get hurt. The way to beat the government is to vote them the f**k out.

There is no provision to "vote them the f**k out." You can only vote someone else in. No matter how you vote, the government wins.
In fact, every government represents its people. If not so then the people refuse to support the regime and the regime collapses. You don't have to throw it down, just stop holding it up. That has happened in several countries in recent years.
I think illegal guns or unregistered guns should be priority and have a gun amnesty (or another on if that's already happened) like Australia. Licenced owners should be required to re-apply and short psychological test taken and also a criminal background check. The problem may never go away just like drugs, you can only eleviate the situation, the trouble is in the end, who will be left armed and dangerous? The bad guys. But in answer to the question yes, i like shooting in safe a responsible target competition manner, its a massive industry and provides countless jobs. I don't really think god has much to do with it.
