There isn’t enough tangible evidence to validate belief in the most common version of man’s God, and all relevent accounts of that deity install Him/It as THE Supreme Being.

Would there be a still higher power above the Abrahamic God?

    Yes - Understanding and reason.
It was for the lack of these qualities that all the gods appeared in the first place.

If the Abrahamic God exists, I think He is the only one with all the attributes and perfections I would demand in a God.

I do think He exists; and if I were "building" a God, from what I understand of Him so far, He is a quite an impressive God, and incredibly interesting.

And when you eliminate all of the inconsistencies that we humans in our limited logic and reason predicate of Him, the whole of His creation and the possibilities therewith becomes and endless source of fascination---for me at least.

  • That's the problem.  Logic would dictate that it's yes and the cycle never ends.

    Nope
    not necessary
God is the all and everything
    and needs nothing else.
         Words and thoughts into words
    will never give nor get
    the true understanding of God.
         Only way to understand God
    is to experience God Directly.
Not what you think about God,
    but
    A direct experience
    where there is no division
    no separation of God.
    Like no Me and God,
    no separation of individual thought
that divides the Oneness of God.
JUST becoming one with the oneness. one with God.
    THat's all it takes
.....Give up the Ego for one minute!...
I know you have things to do,
    and places to be, but
    One minute? Easy enough? :)
         Become still for a minute,
Without any thoughts running through your mind.
    Once we have this experience
of realizing who we really are
that God exists within us as Us
    and that beyond the Ego
we are that pure light of God.....then we can understand.
Others will talk about God with Limited understanding
    but you will know
if you can spend one minute
    outside of time and space.
    Not a minute thinking about
how you are one with God
but a minute without any thoughts....

Maybe that is how he learned how to create.  Uber God was his professor in God College.

Q "Do you think God might have His/Her own God? An über God?"

If he did then he wouldn't beThe God that Jesus taught about or pure monotheistic religions, like Islam, teach about.
