  • I love it.   I think most people just over think it and don't even give it a chance.

      (overthink)

      It's one word, not two.

The only form of liver I'll eat is in the form of a pâté. Like a dip or something. This post was edited by Zack at December 2, 2017 5:04 PM MST

Mom used to make an excellent chopped chicken liver paste. We put it in celery sticks and munched away.

I don't eat animals.  But I loved liver.  Especially cooked like it was in that picture.

  • The human liver serves the same function as a car's oil filter .....

Beef liver is ok, pork liver is hard to take, chicken liver is just another chicken part. It all depends on what animal.

Sounds like my wife. Her mother served it once a week because it was cheap. The dog ate well those days.

I love fried chicken livers with onions, chopped chicken liver paste, and pate.  I don't eat calf's liver anymore.
