Help please. Can someone link me to the actual site where I can order a Social Security card replacement? There are nothing but scams.

There are a ton of sites that try and act like they are Social Security and they are not.  They are making money off of a free service by making you think you have to go through their fake ass company.

I need the actual site and it is so confusing I don't want and Cannot waste time.

Can you help me?

It is doubtful you will find one. My wife had to go to the SS office to get one when we married.

    NO he is NOT correct.

I went to about 10 offices and each one is closed for cards.  They say go on line.

  • I had to do that not too long ago.   You go down to the office.  Why would anyone WANT to do it online?   That's just asking for trouble.

    Go to Tom's link.

My card is from right after I married.  I have written many things on it through the years.  I would really hate to lose it.

Easiest is to go to the office. If you don't want to wait in the line. Down load the form and mail it in with your ID....personally I don't like the idea of mailing my ID what if it gets lost in the mail? Now I have no SS card and No ID.

You maybe able to file online yourself with your  my Social Security account as long as you have a valid State issued ID. Arizona is listed on the participating states. (This maybe why they are telling you to go online...but not all states are listed)

Somehow your online identification depends on a credit check. If you have no credit then you have to go to the office to show id.
