Ice cream is 50%sugar 50% fat....mayo is half pint oil and egg yokes ...fructose syrup is pretty lethal for your body.... White French garlic bread is fast burning high fat high in calories junk food.....
coke type drinks are just really high sugar chemical poisons ....

Chese eaten in moderation is very nutritious....pepperoni is processed pork high in nitrites which is quite harmful once ingested .....

Ultra high processed foods will decimate so called civilized countries.....it akin to getting some one to chew it for you so you just have to swallow it.....
Most of the fibre is destroyed by blending and over cooking..... more and more Palm oil is replacing more expensive oils like extra virgin olive oil or Rape seed oil......

They say 50% of oil that's sold as Olive oil is really Canola oil

Soya products shouldn't be eaten as most likely its bean Genetically Modified ...lol

Canola oil is rapeseed oil. It was named by the Canadian Rapeseed council as a contraction of Canadian oil (ola) Canada is the largest manufacturor of it in the world. It is quite healthy.

The fifth biggest exporter is Australia. All over the place you'll see fields alternating between deep green (cereal grains not yet in head, primarily wheat or barley) and golden (flowering canola).
China and India rank second and third in production but almost all of it is used domestically. This post was edited by Slartibartfast at February 12, 2018 12:43 PM MST

What they mean is it's not actually poisonous, as other varieties of rapeseed are.

The human body needs three fatty acids: linoleic acid, linolenic acid, and arachadonic acid. Those are found in soy oil, safflower oil, and peanut oil. So only those three can honestly be called "healthful".

High density lipoproteins assist in the liver's regulation of cholesterol, as well as helping to remove deposits of low density lipoproteins from arterial walls. HDLPs are found in unsaturated oils such as canola and olive - and not much in peanut.

Egg yokes are incredibly good for you and the oils used in mayo are also healthful, so a teaspoon or two of mayo is not going to kill you. Read my comment I made to Merlin down below about HFCS. Also:

In the U.S., ice cream may have the following composition:[34]
greater than 10% milkfat and usually between 10% and as high as 16% fat in some premium ice creams
9 to 12% milk solids-not-fat: this component, also known as the serum solids, contains the proteins (caseins and whey proteins) and carbohydrates (lactose) found in milk
12 to 16% sweeteners: usually a combination of sucrose and glucose-based corn syrup sweeteners
0.2 to 0.5% stabilisers and emulsifiers
55% to 64% water, which comes from the milk or other ingredients.

People toss around the words 'high-fructose corn syrup' as if it is some evil concoction conjured up by devil worshipers. It's sugar, and ANY sugar in excess is bad for you.

Regardless of its badness, soda tastes the best of everything you listed. And what a way to go!!
    I love it!
    Cola, especially.

Though, those few times I gave up soda for long periods of time, I survived fine.

    And then I drank it again . . . . ah!!
    ;)

You like Coke cola because your bodies been programmed over the years to crave sugar ,much the same with saturated fat products and salt....
More and more fast food producers are introducing new chemicals into their food products to keep them fresh and extend its shelf life.....:(

Yes, you're probably right. In fact, you are.
And I know I probably come across as harping on the same subject on the site lately, but I'm having some major difficulties dealing with things in my life right now and a cola now and then tastes good and momentarily helps me smile a bit. Heck, maybe even more than now and then, a cola.

I mean no disrespect at all. Just having challenges but I wanted to respond to your kind reply.
    :)

I understand....it's no different from smoking and alcohol  ......I knew a young girl at school that drunk three  litres a day.......it made her so I'll but she hooked on the stuff.....
Pour bodies are not designed to have that much processed sugar.....

I never thought you were being disrespectruly...... Xxx
