what’s your fav way to relieve pain

i like those pads you put in the microwave and put on your body 

also don’t say “hurr durr sex is best pain relief“ because that’s stupid and false.

    A hot bath usually relaxes the muscles and feels good if I'm sore, but the pain just comes back later.

    Depends on the severity. Having been addicted to opioids in the past I try to avoid them if at all possible.  Paracetamol and/or ibuprofen are usually enough to dull it to tolerable. Pseudoephedrine if it's sinusitis.
    Sex actually doesn't work for severe pain, on the contrary if I'm in real agony I can't get an erection.

      Fellas, where do we queue up to give Nice Jugs an erection?  It's a shame that she doesn't have one, but I'm ready to share mine with her. Should we line up tallest to smallest?  May I take pictures?  Do we have to take a number, or is it first-come-first-served?  Will I need a note from my mother?  I'm willing to draw straws if that's how we decide who goes first. Does she sign autographs?  Is she open 24 hours?  Does she validate parking?  How long is each appointment?  I won't have to sign a waiver, will I?
