Thanks, I certainly feel less antipathy towards pharisees now, well, the Jewish religion in general.
Yes, I'm definitely coming round - ooooh, those damned sociopathic Samaritans!

I guess I should thank you since I am Jewish.

Ah. Jesus didn't have a very good opinion of the Jewish hierarchy did he, no wonder they came down on him. Perhaps it is another case of a few bad apples, because the pharisee Nicodemus, to name but one, seems to have been a well thought-of human being doesn't he. But whenever a non-Jew hears mention of 'pharisee' their mind must go immediately to this parable.

I guess I'm not inventing the title because it's already a book title. I'm just surprised no film has been made of it yet. It's possibly the creepiest book I've read. An excellent read.

"The Great and Secret Show"  by author Clive Barker

Gee yes, that does seem odd. You are probably thinking of To Kill a Mocking Mother in Law 2. This post was edited by Stemmata949 at March 2, 2018 1:52 PM MST

Nanoose's Big Advencher. It would be about the time I had to track down the Vancouver Island Goat people so I could get my laptop back. Cheers!

"Topple Gun" the story of how the NRA was bankrupted and forced to close down.

"Twelve Beers to Save" an alcoholic's efforts to hide a secret stash while supposedly in recovery.

"The Lord of the Onion Rings" a teenager working in a fast food joint conjures up a tasty new snack recipe and becomes a millionaire.

"The 40-Year-Old Sturgeon" a private investigator is hired to find out if an old house abandoned for over three decades is haunted, and why the family disappeared. Imagine her surprise when she opens an old freezer in the garage . . .

"District Nine Times Nine" eighty-one mathematicians worldwide are duped into joining an international online homework-mill and must use their knowledge to figure a way out of their entrapment.

"District Nine Plus Nine Squared" the sequel reunites the only nine survivors of the first movie, who each in turn trains a young disciple to battle the Summer School Class, a race of ungodly dunces who keep teachers from enjoying three months off every year.

Darn, the direction this thread is going is wonderfully funny!
My first answer pales by the minute.
    :)

    uh -

"Fight of the Living Dead" ? - - the walking dead enter the world of WWW wrestling?

"Night of the Giving Head" ? --  too adult for answerMug maybe - - yikes - -if I'm deleted I understand

"Forrest Dump" - - a documentary exposing tragic pollution of the world's forests

"The Keen File" - - a brave housewife provides an escape tool to a convict headed to the electric chair

I'm not too good at this -- but thanks to others for the fun idea
    :)
