Hehe, difficult to answer in and of itself. Suppose the decisive factor is just how vocally either would be expressed.
Or perhaps stupidity must always lead to greater ignorance while the reverse is not true; ignorance can be remedied (at least to some extent), so to see it nonetheless persist is the more irksome.
I will simply post some quotes from the internet. You can probably infer my answer to my question from those.

How true.....There is a fine line between intelligence and brilliance.....I've met some very intellectual people and more than one have had no idea how to look after themselves ....they don't even have no idea how to run thier own homes.....:(
While not fond of either, plain ignorance can be remedied by learning, we have all been ignorant in some subject at one time or another. Willful ignorance though, is a form of stupidity, and stupidity is incurable.
In myself? Both. I am currently feeling both of myself. It hurts.
EDIT -- I don't even know what I'm grammatically saying -- other than I feel ignorant and stupid and it hurts.

I'll go with ignorance because everyone's ignorant in something and they just need to learn. There have been some ignorant things I've said and someone would correct me and I'll be all like "oh!" Then I know better. A stupid person would probably just keep making the same mistake.
Stupid---having or showing a great lack of intelligence or common sense. (Mostly genetic, I suppose---although I've heard people say that "someone" doesn't use the brains they were born with.)
Common sense---sound and prudent judgment based on a simple perception of the situation or facts.
Ignorance is frequently categorized as "simple" or "consequent" Simple is a 5 year old who can't solve differential equations. "Consequent" is a PhD in math who can't solve differential equations.
We don't expect that the 5 year old should or even will be able to understand advanced math, but we fully expect that a PhD in math should be able to do so---in other words, the PhD lacks "due knowledge" about equations that he should know about.
