Why eat or feed your kids processed meats of any kind..... There is far to much advertising allowed to sell any crap fast foods that is solely about making fast money.... It my bet that the owners of McDonald's never eat the food they sell or even give it to their own kinds...
Google images finds 25,270,000,000 links to that picture. Not similar pictures, that exact image. They are variously dated between 2012 and 2016 and various months within those years.
Good sleuthing I went for the domain name watermarked on Carbonproduct's image, it seems to be some ultra-rightwing conspiracy site that also targets big companies like 'Big Pharma' and fast food for whatever reasons.
Kind of looks like a public hair. How do you think that would get into a nugget? Chickens don't have public hair...
