Only in the Navy where I had no choice. When stationed in the Persian Gulf a group of us with nothing better to do after work, pumped iron for two or more hours a day. I used to get underwear a size too small, but they fit now. It's my breeks that need belts after upsizing. I've now gone back down a size having throw the earlier ones out.
