I know! :) I figure the Breakfast Essentials are good for meal replacements since I don't prepare wondrous well-intentioned meals usually. (Don't know if you saw what I added to my how-long-does-milk-last answer after I posted it to your question - - there may be a link to lots of milk drinking and prostate cancer. Darn. - - whoa- - I think I remember posting "prostrate" in that other tread! Ha! I better go back and fix it!)
I make oatmeal in the microwave and add walnuts and raisins. Or I add fresh blueberries to Greek yogurt. Sometimes I crack an egg into a cup and microwave it for 40 -60 seconds and then put it on an English muffin with a slice of cheese.
I grab breakfast at the hospital cafeteria, normally. So it depends what they're serving. I usually just get cereal - but if they're serving biscuits and gravy, I can't resist that. LOL
