Discussion»Questions»Electronics» Do you dislike taking selfies? Given the choice of how your picture is taken, is that option pretty low on your list?
Yes, I do hate it because I am no good at it. I almost always fail to get myself in the picture. People say, what was the camera actually aimed at. I say, how the hell do I know, the camera was over there, a foot-and-a-half away, and I was over here contorting myself into unnatural postures trying to at least get a sideways glimpse through the damned viewfinder. I visit the chiropractor on Monday so I'll ask him if he knows a better way - but I'm not holding my breath. Of course he may know nothing whatsoever about photography.

I hav seen phones that had a camera lens on both sides of the phone and you could decide which one to use. By using the one on the sceen side you can preview exactly what you are going to get. Production wise it is practically free, so I dont know why other phones don't have that. Maybe it got patended . I think it was intended for video phonecalls.

I usually prefer selfies because at least then I can see whether I'm presentable or not before the photo is taken. I actually posted to my FB account last week what a difference it made- one with me posing nicely before I went out and one with me with a well-known musician. The latter looked utterly ridiculous. I was grinning like Donkey from Shrek. Bah.
Dear Miss Jugs, is that really your own foot in the picture? If so, how cruel of you to deny us a glimpse of the rest of you. I have wasted hours in blank-eyed gawping at your avatar in vain hope it is one of those avatars that flashes to a full frontal picture for a fraction of a second once in every two or three days. You have caused great suffering here. I just wanted you to be apprised of that.
I understand your plight and feel a great dpeal of sympathy for you......I don't think people could take seeing my other foot and for me it would be two much to bare ... Im quite short actually and another foot wouldn't come a'miss
You may rest assured that one day I will not go metric albeit I might metre you one day by Chance.....:)
