They're two different things. I use polish because it makes my nails shiny but sometimes I remove the polish and use paint if I want to match my nails to an outfit.
My feet are too hideous to draw attention to by painting the nails. My fingernails are polished a different color at least once a week. Today it is a deep, almost black, purple color.
Wow Jane!! I would never have guessed. Does the smell get to you? Sometimes when I paint my nails I go faint. Something about the smell really doesn't agree with me. I have to paint them in a room with a huge fan. It helps to dry them quickly, too.
Certainly not as exotic as the picture you have shown or SPAWN OF A JACKAL. Boring as it may be, they all like to work as a team and be the same color. Today they are the color of Epsom Salt. I've been soaking my feet and the color seems to have taken on the same hue. Tomorrow, however.... Look Out! They could be Screaming Hot Pink!!!!!
