What is a law that you think is grossly under-enforced? ~

The law that states you cannot make threats of violence or death toward the President of the United States. They really need to step up there game on that one. 

Alternate side street parking.  

The neglect and abuse of children and animals. 

The one that established one state in which all idiots would reside.  I'm sure that's a law hidden somewhere in all of those volumes of code.

The law against j-walking. When I have to slow to avoid hitting the dork then the next traffic light goes red. I wouldn't mind if it was legal to run over them idiots providing I must stop at the scene. 

If everyone who texted while driving was in jail, there'd be no one on the streets anymore. Laws against texting while driving are rarely enforced, but that's because it's hard to enforce. You can only do so much. 

Do unto others before they do it to you.  BUT.  Do NOT fret.  The numbers who adhere to this tenet are growing rapidly.

The Fourth Amendment. Our government spies on us illegally without warrant. The Patriot Act is a prime example.

Couruption in the high ranks of the police force ,local government and the government itself....It  will never ever happen ,because who has the arthority to police the police.....or would risk all pointing the finger at those with the ultimate power and weapons ...:(
