A long time ago, I took a woodworking class at the local high school. I designed and crafted little wagon out of wood, with wooden wheels on dowels, I painted it red, braided rope to pull it along and needlepointed a colorful license plate with my niece's name on it.
I built a path down my garden.. it was wiggly, (intentionally so!) and a combination of brick and bonded gravel... now some 30 years later some of the bonding is breaking up.. but I am still proud of it.. and I still love the wavy meanderingness of it :)
Loft beds for my daughter and another young girl living with us. I call them 'hundred year beds'. My son-in-law is using the plans to make some for my grandkids.
I built a gaming PC from scratch. It took a long time, it was expensive, and it was incredibly frustrating at times, but I did it, and the computer I made is the best computer I've ever used so far.
I built an open toy box for everyone and filled it with toys of your choice to play with .
