There is a U.S. Steel plant in Lorain,Ohio that requires you do a really wacky bunch of manuvering to get next to a dock for a side load. Took me a while.
I remember the Chicago Farmer's Market. Blind-side back and this guy, some kind of supervisor tells me to watch him and do what he directs me to do ... "Take your eyes off of me and you're out!" he says. That was a scary time!
I think so but I don't seem to remember. But, again, it took me three separate times to get my license. And, after the second time my permit expired, so I had to take that test again, too, to get a permit again. :)

Well, this wasn't expressly just for semis, I just figured it would be easier to find this, on YouTube, than somebody parking a car. Class C licenses are eligible to answer as well. Thanks for your answer though, either way. :)
