I'd say mankind's biggest killer is mankind - war, massacres, murders, accidents, suicides, drug overdoses, errors with medicines, epidemics due to ignorance &/or denial. Possibly, in the end, global warming.
You just slap together a few random and loosely-connected words with the outside hope that they'll intermingle, find love, thereby procreating and establishing an entire coherent sentence, right?
