I'd say mankind's biggest killer is mankind - war, massacres, murders, accidents, suicides, drug overdoses, errors with medicines, epidemics due to ignorance &/or denial.
Possibly, in the end, global warming.

You just slap together a few random and loosely-connected words with the outside hope that they'll intermingle, find love, thereby procreating and establishing an entire coherent sentence, right?

I'm guessing that the biggest killer is the natural mortality of man. Man die, no matter what.
