Do you ever talk to yourself?

I had a meeting today with three prospective renters.  That set up a bidding war.   At the first meeting I rented the house for more than I was asking.  Tonight I am talking to myself a little.

    I do sometimes I even have a safety meeting talk with myself before I do a job that could get me injured or killed. Cheers!
