'The Librarians'. They went out with a whimper.

I watched that for a couple of episodes, but it just didn't grab me.

I missed that one entirely. If I get the chance, I'll have to check it out. (Great one-liner, by the way.)

I'd like to be able to watch reruns of Adventures in Paradise.  Do you know it?

I remember it barely, but my mother loved it.  I believe it was from a Michener novel though.

To be fair, M*A*S*H did run longer than the actual war it was set in did.

Is that truly relevant?  There has never been any attempt to portray it as if it follows an exact timeline of the actual war. Bart Simpson has been 8 years old for 30 years now.

Good News Week. Topical program that parodied various prominent news stories - very similar to BBC's Mock The Week.

Stokes Birds At Home which was about almost 20 years ago and I understand they made a number of episodes but here they only showed a few of them on PBS or they were shown at times I could not watch them. This post was edited by officegirl at November 28, 2018 9:22 PM MST

Terra Nova....the earth is overpopulated and polluted. They send people back to prehistoric earth to save the human race.

And more recently Timeless. Time travel in this one as well. One evil group trying to take over the world using time travel to change major events in history and another group trying to stop them. It aired one season was cancelled then after about 2 yrs they brought it back. One season aired and cancelled again. But they are supposed to have a season finale movie tying up the loose ends.
