"The" film? There have been at least three films about the event, but none of them were recorded at the actual event, and for that reason, they depict the entertainment industry's perspective that is motivated by a desire for profits, not the historically accurate version. __

I don't want to see the actual murders at all -- at this point, I'd just sort of like to know who the murderer and/or murderers was/were.

EDIT: Though I realize everyone probably knows of her, I had intended to mention Lizzie Borden's connection to the murders. I've read quite a bit on those events. Interesting to me -- though most people seem to vehemently believe Lizzie committed the murders, from what I've read, there is a good amount of evidence that supports her possible innocence.
