Have you ever used a light therapy box or lamp for depression/anxiety?

If so, was it effective and worth the investment?

Worth every penny. I use it daily in the winter time, and it seems like it helps most days.  Mine also has the ion treatment which I also use daily.

Maybe you and Randy should buy them and see if they help treat grammar Nazism.

I was hoping you'd see this! Can you recommend a model/brand?

I haven't  but that's what I got my wife for her Christmas present this year. It's a light and they say it helps with moods and low energy. Being winter and less sunshine I think it's going to be a good gift. Cheers and happy weekend!

What model did you go with? I'm also planning to buy one as a Christmas gift.

Not sure what model it is - it was in the middle price range of the other ones so it's not the cheapest brand or the most expensive brand. Up until the day I bought it I never heard of them but I think it's going to be a good gift. Cheers and happy weekend!

There are sooooo many brands and models. I've read that 10000 lux is essential, but other than that, I've no idea what to look for. I hate to say this, but I don't trust reviews all that much. I prefer to get recommendations from people I know are real people if possible.

    Happy weekend to you, too!
