Is there a food, that to you, is so disgusting, you would rather eat dirt?

any kind of melon (watermelon, cantaloupe, etc)

if i ever had to eat raw duck blood again i would rather eat a pile of dog sh*t off the ground

Tripe.

Liver and Onions.  I couldn't even stand the smell when Mom cooked it for her and Dad!  lol

Canned salmon. I wanted to get some omega 3 oil to try unclog the arteries in my brain to see if that would help me remember stuff. Was consuming half can a day with Swiss cheese melted on it for bout a month and a half. Suddenly I just could not stand taste of salmon any more. Couple weeks later I tried the salmon spread on a microwaved mashed potato.  Taste of salmon made me barf.
Dunno what dirt tastes like but I wouldn't eat any because might be bird droppings or other awful kind of contamination. 

There are plenty of foods so disgusting to me that I wouldn't eat them no matter how hungry I was:
fast foods,
packet foods,
foods that are too salt, sweet, sour, bitter or chilli-hot,
and foods that have gone off.

But if I had nothing to eat I would not try to eat dirt - no point.

There is a traditional dish here called menudo. It is made from chunks of pig fat.

Peanut butter. It looks and smells like baby cack. I can't even come at satay.

Organ meats, most meat smells like a dead animal to me.  I can eat white meat turkey and chicken without much problem.  The rest is touch a go.  Even a hamburger which I used to love has a certain stink to it.  Sometimes I can handle it other times I can't. 

Beets!!

(don't knock dirt until you've tried it)

Salmon and Rockfish, I'm sick of both of them and their smelly skins. I think I just gagged. Blech.

Anything curried or spicy.....we won't have it in our home....it stinks the house out and makes it unliveable ...it gets in every fabric and makes me gag...:( 
How people eat it I just don't know...

Can't think of many if i am hungry, really hungry.  Lima Beans are probably on that list.

Now foods I will avoid when possible;
