Out side the community because in the community they are close to soup kitchens and the police are on patrol so they are protected. Homeless people that live outside the community (in the bush) are in constant danger of being attracted. Cheers and happy weekend!
For my own personal selfish reasons, I don’t like when they sleep in the front entrance of the bank when it’s closed. It makes me nervous when using the ATM in the early morning.
As if it would do any good. The ACLU and its ilk years ago secured the "right" for any person to sleep anywhere he or she darn well pleases to. Okay, I'm exaggerating, but the gist is still there. ~
No, I’ve never reported it. I assume they have surveillance cameras because is inside corridors. Plus it’s always on freezing as’ days and I would feel like a jerk complain. There’s other banks, just not as conviennent lol.
inside a public park.... i guess with the law, we dont have a right to sleep in a park, and if you're here and police find you, they will deport you to a shelter or somewhere else probably.
