Clay/Ali was amazing but should have quit years earlier than he did. The medical report before his fight with Holmes should have prevented him from stripping for it - he was already clearly suffering the effects of Parkinson's which eventually killed him.
I like bar room boxing. My favorite bar room boxer is M. Fox of the Boxing Fox's family they have been getting in bar fights since 1887 - they never start a bar fight but they know how to finish them. What I like about M. Fox is he's speed and power plus he taught his daughters ever thing he knows about boxing so there have been a few male teens walking around here that are sorry they got too pushy with a boxing Fox gal. Jeff Fenech was my fave. Pound for pound the hardest hitter of his time and he was relentless. He cut the ring in half and it was impossible to stay away from him.
His strength was his weakness. Too strong for the bones in his hands, he shattered them more than once.
