the scores of women throughout history who have been heads of state worldwide to know that gender has not gauranteed competence, fairness, values, morality, adherence to law, etc. This is not to say that each and every woman has been terrible as the leader of her country, it merely points out that the people of those countries have not always been satisfied with those women's performances.
