Under The Dome, Extant, The Whispers, Medium.  I'm still very angry that they cancelled these shows.  They're good shows!  What's that matter with people?!  lol

As far as I'm concerned, the ONLY thing on TV that didn't flop is Game of Thrones.  TV is awful and I can't find anything but the NEWS to watch.

Movies?  The last one I saw was A Star is Born and to me it was a huge flop but it still did well at awards time.

My story FLOPPED.  Oh no.  Now what should I do?  I cannot face reality.

Oh wait.  I never cared. Now I remember.  Whew.

Fat Actress with Christie Alley and many other well known actors and actresses.  I thought it was very funny.  Was very suprised when it stopped after one season.

She is an amazingly talented actress, but I cannot stand that woman.  She is a SHOW OFF.  LOL  She was on Dancing With The Stars and thought she was GOD'S GIFT.  And she is a Scientologist.  I don't like it.  But that show sounds like it might have been interesting.

From what I remember, "The Shawshank Redemption" movie was considered a flop in its initial theatrical release.

It wasn't until it was released on video that it started to take off.

I thought it was excellent...but I couldn't watch it a second time. Filmed near you, eh?

Funny that you mention seeing it only once.  I've watched it twice for (maybe) the same reason. I find it much too emotional to watch it numerous times like so many in the world seem to do. I'm even in it and still don't watch it, ha.

I have, however, listened to Thomas Newman's music score for the movie literally countless times. His score is gorgeous. And I don't think he gets the credit he deserves for his input to the movie.

Yup - - filmed nearby for sure. :)

I think the movie is excellent, too.

    :)

I was in several of those scenes, when they filmed those recess yard scenes. Just one of many in the background.

Eh --  lots of guys around here were in it.
    :)

Of course, my superb 'extra'-ing is a core reason for the film's success.
