    Either has the potential to conquer all.

    Hate leads to misery, destruction and death.
    Love leads to well being, thriving and life.

    It's a choice we make in every moment of our lives,
    whether we realise it or not.

    Both are infectious.

    Which wins is the sum of us all
    but each of us makes a significant difference within the sphere of our own lives.

    But love and hate are not the only considerations.

    The other three in the equation are greed, fear and ignorance.

    To love well, we need to overcome these three within ourselves.
