Adele doesn't sound like Pink to me any more than Bette Midler sounds like Pink. Which she sort-of does, she hits a lot of the same throaty notes, but is very different. So, I don't hear Adele and Pink. Love them both.
Meh and double meh. Neither can hold a candle to Amira Willighagen. The Dutch soprano burst onto the scene as a precocious nine-year-old in 2013, now at 15 she's had coaching - has the breath control to support the contralto register without losing the coloratura top notes, and her diction and phrasing are well-nigh perfect. Also a philanthropist, building playgrounds for disadvantaged children through her Gelukskinders Foundation.
