  • Go to giphy.com. That site works with this one and has almost everything. Some sites don’t work so don’t bother. 

    Type whatever you’re looking for here.

    My dear, those are the exact steps I have tried many times, it never works.  I get a funny-looking box with squiggly lines on top and bottom, but no gif.

  • This is the step you’re doing wrong then. You have to hold your finger on the gif until it flashes green. “Tap and hold” on the Gif. If you use “copy gif link” get the weird box.  DO IT, RANDY! This post was edited by Benedict Arnold at October 3, 2019 8:28 PM MDT

    I click on the gif and choose embed and then copy the embed code. I then upload using the same process as uploading a video. I do this from my laptop; I don't know if it works from a smartphone.

    It turns Green and says copied.

  • See in the little screen grab video I made. You touch and hold the actual gif ..then it will flash green... then the word comes up”save“ or  “copy” Pick copy.

    I touched and held the actual gif. The screen did go green then it brings up the first screen shot I gave.  Copy is not at choice.

    Jaimie, I think it's a browser or device problem. It works on PCs and laptops, but I couldn't make it work from my iPhone using Safari earlier. What device and browser are you using?

  • Ahhh okay, that makes sense, I couldn’t understand why they weren't getting it -_- lol. I have an IPhone X and usually use safari for here. I also use DuckDuckGo browser and that works also.
