What movies have made you cry?

it’s been a while since I’ve done my movie thing. Which movies/shows have made you cry? is that actually a thing that happens to you or are you unaffected by fiction?

None. Only one got close - Red Dog.

I tend to respond emotionally more to songs than movies. The Living Years gets me every time. I did Butterfly Kisses at Karaoke the night my daughter's fiance proposed to her, and bawled like a baby.

It depends on the movie. I'm not a weeper and they don't normally move me to sob but I do get teary eyed at many of them.
There are too many to mention but I can give you the most recent.
    Tonight.
Tonight we watched The Polar Express.  I got teary eyed.

Right after I was trying to be so big, saying I didn't weep, you had to go and mention this movie!
This wasn't a tear jerker.  I wept, for sure.

Hi sweets!  I wish I was quick-on-the-draw and had a song to grab.  I'm not that talented: however,  if I could it would be:
"Thank you for being a friend!!!"

I hope this is finding you in good health..
    How are ya??

And a good song that is!   :)

I'm hanging in -- day at a time. A bit nervous (who isn't lately, a bit?, ha) but, underneath, a strength from myself/friends/acquaintances/God. We'll all get through.

But, also, in general, yeah -- I'm doing OK! And I hope you are, too!

    Yes,
    of course I will add--
    Be Well,
    :)

    And how appropriate is that?
    Perfect!!
I bet you didn't know how great a signature that would become when you chose it, hu?
I was called away to be on a jury for a couple weeks.  I'm glad it is over and super glad to be back on answerMug.
Being surrounded by friends is a very comforting feeling.  Speaking of, I hope all our friends are reading and sharing in good health.
Or, as you beautifully say, "Be Well."

You are awesome.  It is wonderful to see you.

Thanks for your service as far as the jury. Wow. I'm glad it's over for you.

And I do mean "Be Well" every time I write it.

Yet, it was quite a while before I noticed the sound connection -- " Be Well - - Welby" - and it's pure coincidence.
    Ha! :)

Great to see you, too! We're both awesome! Ha!

Lassie Come Home. There was a scene in the movie were Timmy had given up on his lost dog ever returning so he started burring Lassie's toys in his back yard. Cheers and happy weekend!

I cried in ."Life of Pi" when the ship sank and he lost his family. Even though I'd already read the book and knew it was coming.

And my eyes became a little moist at the end of Leave no Trace.

I don't know if I'd want to see "Life of Pi" after reading the book.
