    I, too, most of the time, do not see my performances in glowing terms; I'm awfully hard on myself a lot of the time. I'm realizing that I am, indeed, doing OK.
    Most of the time, the people in my life are so much kinder to me than I am to myself. It's  time for me to "be kind to yourself."

    I think its meant to be encouraging and also as healthy advice. If you do the best you can and don't beat yourself up  thinking you could be doing better you won't get high blood pressure  from being stressed out. Cheers and happy weekend!
