I mostly blunder through life but I also do a bit of the Soupy Sales Shuffle along the way. Cheers and Happy New Year!

I looked up the official definition of all three words - - I do none of them through life

    Yeah.
I guess, after reading others' answers, I guess I do everything I've read in the thread, including your three in your question, at one time or another. Or more.
    :)

    Sometimes I plod.
Sometimes I walk on a tightrope
    Sometimes I skip
    or run
    or swim
    or coast
    or slip

    you get it.

All of those at different times.
    Walk, mostly.
Hobble if I have a bad back, as recently.

I tip-toe when something is new to me,
while I'm testing the ground, the environment, trying out the skills.
Once I've learned how to find my way around,
I might move in whatever way seems appropriate.
If I'm feeling joyous and at my best, I might even dance.

    I dither.when I sliver .
    Here and tither.
    When ever I am wither
    I also take a gamble.
    When I ramble .
    And also ponder
    When I wander.    :)
