(But there are much worse things I could have, I realize.)The last several weeks I've not been so good in dealing with anxiety. But I'm strong. I can journey through, a moment at a time.A prayer (even if one is not a believer, it's incredibly good advice, it seems to me) that helps is the Serenity Prayer:God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference.
