Because of what Trump said Vice-President Biden had to take a hurried trip to the Balkans to assure them that their relationship with America was unchanged NO MATTER WHAT ANYONE SAID. Biden tried to repair the damage done by the prez wannabe. Does the prez wannabe have no decency? Is there no low to which he will not go to get attention?
