I personally pronounce the "sim" as in "simple", but I have heard others pronouncing it as in "Simon". I just wondered which is the more common pronunciation.

How did he get to be that way? Is it entirely his fault or did he have enablers along the way? Who is enabling him now and are they really doing him any favors? Is it that he pays so well they don't mind sucking up to him and telling him how great he is?
