I'm not sure certain of his exact words but he believed he was above the law. Do you think exceptions should be made and that sometimes a law is less important than what someone wants to do? Why?

Without thoughtful and mindful pursuit of further investigating/researching/figuring out what is right? It sounds as if he can be touted with just a few words. It is unsettling.
