At the end of the conversation am I better off for having it or worse did I just waste time? Am I angry or frustrated or insulted?WHAT'S IN IT FOR ME?. Do you do that too? Do you evaluate what you could gain and what you could lose when you choose where and when and with whom to invest your time?
