Who is not rife with shame over humiliating their own child this way? There is no reason whatsoever to take a child's clothes off their body to punish them. The only reason is because it humiliates them and hurts MORE. Pain is not a punishment fit for a child. Pain is what is inflicted by someone who does not know how to RAISE a child properly.
